PUTTING SAFETY FIRST IN THE DRIVE TO GET PLYMOUTH MOVING AGAIN
PAPPA property professionals are steadfastly adhering to the very latest Coronavirus protection measures as they work together to help drive the Plymouth property market recovery.
All members across the full range of property industry disciplines are making the health and safety of clients and staff alike an absolute priority, following the recent relaxation of the Covid 10 lockdown.
Chairman Darren Lawson said as an organisation fully committed to the utmost professionalism at all times, every PAPPA property professional has ensured all protection measures are in place – and are following them to the letter.
“in common with all sectors, this is one of the biggest challenges we have ever faced in the property industry,” said Darren.
“While it is vitally important to get the market moving as quickly as possible and help buyers and sellers alike, the protection of everyone involved in this process is the number one priority.
“As independent professionals certified by our respective industry organisations, industry leading customer service is in our collective DNA so clients, as well as staff, can have absolute confidence in the processes we currently have in place.”
PAPPA members are following the guidelines from NAEA Propertymark, the leading industry body committed to customer service excellence in the property market.
The organisation is helping agents stay up to date with the latest advice from Government, and health officials and It has also produced a detailed and comprehensive 29 point plan, covering a whole range of measures to ensure proper protection while carrying out work duties.
The plan has advice including how to implement safe working practices in offices cleaning and hygiene processes and how to carry our valuations and viewings safely – all while adhering to social distancing requirements.
“NAEA Propertymark has played a key role in supporting the industry, but it is also important that we all individually keep up to date with the latest Government advice to maintain social distancing and do everything we can to limit the spread of the virus,” added Darren.
“That’s something I know every PAPPA member will be doing.”
