PAPPA MEMBER SMEATON HOMES GAINS KEY INDUSTRY ACCREDITATION

PAPPA member Smeaton Homes is celebrating a key property industry landmark.

 The Plymouth-based estate agents has achieved full accreditation from NAEA Propertymark.

 It is a double celebration for the business too. Company Director Dan Robinson has also become a member of NAEA Propertymark in his own right.

 NAEA Propertymark accreditation is seen as a benchmark for excellence and professionalism in the property industry.

 Dan is delighted that the business has been successful in achieving full accreditation, which is also a vital part of PAPPA’s membership requirements.

 “We are fiercely proud of both our Plymouth roots and our independent status,” said Dan.

 “Customer service excellence is fundamental to our business model and we recognise how important industry accreditation is to enhancing our reputation in a highly competitive marketplace.”

 A leading residential sales and lettings agency, Smeaton Homes has been a key member of the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association for a number of years.
